Business Foundations for Management Consulting and Training and the Nafaa Charity Association sign a cooperation agreement

Business Foundations for Management Consulting and Training has signed a cooperation agreement with the Nafaa Charity Association to launch a project aimed at developing a comprehensive and integrated strategy to define the association’s directions and development priorities. The agreement was signed in the presence of Mowaffaq Al-Balkhi, CEO of Business Foundations, Dr. Khalid Bajamal Chairman of the Board of Nafaa Charity, and Abdulrahman Al-Juhani, CEO of the association.

The project aims to build the association’s future strategy, enhance its organizational structure, and improve performance efficiency. It includes developing a general implementation plan for the entire strategy period, establishing mechanisms for regular follow-up and review, creating an operational model for the association, and equipping its staff with the necessary skills and tools for strategy development.
